Welcome

I’m glad you’re here.

You believe God is good, yet intimacy with Him feels distant. You love people, yet relationships feel harder than they used to. Still, you’ve kept going, kept serving, kept showing up. You’ve tried to push through, but the heaviness lingers. I understand that place—the place where faith is alive, yet your heart feels weary. Doing more doesn’t always bring relief when the Father is inviting you into “being”—being His dearly loved and treasured child.

Perhaps you’ve already begun a healing journey, and now you’re ready to explore a deeper dimension of restoration. This space is designed to help you gently uncover, process, and move through what has been holding you back.

My name is Hannah, and I’m a Christian Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Ministry degree. Since 2011, I’ve walked alongside individuals facing trauma, loss, spiritual confusion, and emotional exhaustion. Over the years, I’ve learned a truth that continues to shape my work: God heals deeply—but sometimes we need space to slow down and let Him. That’s why I created a practice centered on therapy intensives: not rushed sessions, not surface-level coping, but focused, intentional, Holy Spirit–led healing.

I believe healing is tri-dimensional—body, soul, and spirit. Trauma touches all three, and restoration must consider all three. In this space, your story is held with compassion. Your pace is respected. Your faith is integrated. Your healing is taken seriously. You were created for wholeness, for freedom, and for intimacy with God and others. If you’re ready to step into a new season of healing, I would be honored to walk with you.

What is Offered

Beautiful Transformative Journey

Mission

We offer Christ-centered, trauma-informed therapy intensives designed to support deep healing for Christian women seeking clarity, freedom, and healthier relationships with God and others.

Our work together integrates faith and clinical care as we explore the underlying patterns and experiences shaping your story. We take a holistic, big-picture approach to help create insight, emotional freedom, and meaningful, lasting change in the areas where you want to heal and grow.

Tri-Dimentional Healing

God created us as integrated beings. Trauma affects all three parts of who we are:

•    Body: tension, fatigue, stress responses.
•    Soul: emotions, thoughts, relational patterns.
•    Spirit: connection with God, identity, purpose.

Effective healing addresses all three.

Payment/Cancellation

•    Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your intensive session.
•    Because intensives require significant preparation and reserved time, payment is non refundable.

•    You may reschedule up to 7 days before your intensive at no cost.
•    Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a 50% rescheduling fee.
•    Same day cancellations or no shows are charged the full fee.

These policies help protect the time and energy required to prepare for your intensive and ensure fairness to all clients.

Before Your Intensive

You’ll complete a brief intake form and a pre intensive questionnaire to help us understand your goals, history, and what you hope to gain. This allows us to tailor the session to your unique needs.

During Your Intensive

Your intensive will include:
•    Grounding and preparation
•    Exploration of your story at a meaningful pace
•    Trauma informed processing
•    Faith integrated reflection
•    Body based regulation strategies
•    Space for prayer and Holy Spirit led insight
•    Integration and next steps

You will not be rushed. You will not be judged. You will be supported with compassion and clarity.

After Your Intensive

We'll discuss:
•    A personalized plan for integration and growth
•    Tools and practices to support ongoing healing
•    Optional follow up sessions, if desired

While individual results may vary, many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to themselves and to God.
